These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all people using www.angleseyleather.co.uk.

Please read them carefully as by using the site or placing an order you are bound by these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions periodically and it is your responsibility to ensure that you check for any changes made.

Your continued use of this site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the changed terms.

 

'Anglesey Leather' = Relates to all details, information and any product or service available on this website.

'Item' - 'product' -'purchase' = Relates to any goods or services ie. Leather, Fabric or a combination of both.

Your Purchase.​

Please note that due to a variety of monitor and display settings, the colour of our products as seen on your monitor/display, may vary from the actual product colour.

The colour description and photographs are to be used as a guide only.

Leather is a natural product and will show signs of natural markings be it indents, creases, un-even tone, shade and colour. These are to be seen as patina/character and are not to be seen as defects or imperfections.

Having purchased any item from ‘Anglesey Leather’, on its delivery you agree to un-pack the item carefully and retain all packing and read the enclosed instructions and user guide (where applicable/ if included).

If for some reason you do not wish to keep your purchase you have seven days from the date of purchase to contact us by e-mail, telephone or letter to inform us of your decision to return the item to us for a refund.

You will be responsible for the return postage and this will not be refunded to you.

Please ensure the item is unused and undamaged and is well packed with its original packing it came with, as you are responsible for any damage during its return journey to our workshop as a result of incorrect packing.

On receiving the item we will open and inspect it and if it arrives undamaged we will issue a full refund of the purchase price (not including the return postal charge paid by you) within 7 days of receipt to the original payment method you used when purchasing the item.

IMPORTANT

Any specially 'sale', 'reduced', 'commissioned' or personalised items can not be returned and will not be refunded unless it/they are damaged or show obvious signs of bad/faulty workmanship.

 

Guarantee

As your item is handmade we offer a 30 day guarantee against faulty workmanship (unless indicated on the listing or on the enclosed paperwork (if applicable) from date of purchase. The guarantee is only honoured to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Please retain all paperwork and packaging for your item on its arrival for the full guarantee period.

Should you be unfortunate to experience a problem with your purchase we are available for guidance either by video chat, e-mail or telephone. If in the unlikely event your item needs to be returned to us for repair you are responsible for the postage cost and if the relevant problem is covered by the guarantee we will repair/replace the part(s) and return the item back to you free of charge.          

No guarantee repairs will be undertaken if proof of purchase and the original receipt is not available to view.

Any attempt to damage, adjust, tamper, alter or change the item in anyway internally or externally will invalidate the guarantee.

Your guarantee is not transferable and it is issued to the original purchaser of the 'item' and the carrier of the original receipt.
